Jonathan is from Bethesda, Md., and graduated from UMD in 2013 with a journalism degree. He's spending 10 months living in Akko, Israel, volunteering with at-risk youth and teaching English and music. He loves playing guitar, befriending stray cats, doing crossword puzzles and learning about media.
